Guys, I really need an answer to this

I have a large dump of data which i am extracting by month onto seperate sheet tabs (Jan - Aug)

When selecting all the data, it wont copy over certain dates (specifically in the 'AbortDate' column)

Any idea's? TIA

Code:
SELECT `Data$`.ClientID, `Data$`.IntroducerID, `Data$`.MatterID, `Data$`.StartDate, `Data$`.AbortDate, `Data$`.AuthActDate
FROM `\\hqnas01p\redirect$\mandrews\Desktop\Abort Data`.`Data$` `Data$`
WHERE (`Data$`.StartDate Between ? And ?)

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.

When you say that it isn't copying over all the dates, do you mean after the data has been imported into the spreadsheet using MSQuery or do you mean the actual query itself isn't bringing over the data? If the latter, the obvious question is: are you sure the database has data in this field to begin with?

Best regards

Richard

There is definitely data in the field (Hense the 'NULL')

The data tab (where the query gets its data) is a pre extracted dump of data from the database (its not a live SQL feed from the DB)
