Thank You for responding but I am sorry this is totally over my head I have no idea how to do what you asked me to do can I just give you the information I have and maybe you can help me that way?

I need to Label the document title Delivered Products Jeremy Niedert.xls then double space the entries and make the sheet subtotal the quantity and Amount section Add formula to make the sheet take the Qty x Price to equal the Amount Column then I need to add grid lines to the sheet and add a black box around the document

Column titles:
Date Posted
Billing Code
Description
Quantity
Price Each
Amount
Route Driver Name

Any help you could give me would be great Thank You!

Yes I would say post a new thread with a more accurate title.

It helps to have an accuarate title when somebody is trying to perform a search.

I can't duplicate your problem so not sure on a potential fix.

dear repairman615

thanks for your help :). renaming the file and repairs works,

1- Click Start->Computer->C-DRIVE(C:)-> program data.
2. Right click on Microsoft help and rename it to Microsoft help.old.
3. Click Start again and go to control Panel->programs->programs and features.
4. Click on Microsoft Office 2010 and click change.
5. Select repair.
6. Once the repair is complete reboot.
7. Then open any Microsoft Office application and check if the help feature works.
