Hi all,

I have a large excel document we use for our sales team. When you search for something and click "Find Next", if it gets to the end of the document, it will then cause excel to go to 'not responding'. This happens by clicking find next near the bottom, or searching for something that does not exist in the document. Checking task manager, the CPU is still doing something, but after waiting an hour on multiple occasions it seems like it will never complete. I can replicate this issue on any of our sales computers, and it also happens even when excel is in safe mode by running excel /safe from the run box.

Any ideas? is there any settings I can modify which relate to search which may be able to help with this issue?

Thanks in advance.

Cheers
