Excel Opens Small

When I open Excel 2010 it opens small and somewhat minimized (see pic). I have tried saving it when fully opened, closing, and then re-opening and it is still opening small. HELP!

Try this. Don't maximize it. Drag the sides till it fills the screen then File > Exit.

See if it opens properly now.

Do you have a Personal macro workbook in your user XLSTART directory?
