Excel or Access as database

Hi
I need to create a database or a sheet acting as the database. in which i need to add and be able to retrieve this data. I wish to add making use of textboxes & and retrieve making use of listboxes.
Please help me with the required code, to connect to the database, add to the database in the various fields and then retrieving via the listboxes.

You are asking someone to build you an entire database system. You need to either break this down into smaller parts, or give significantly more detail than you give.

This is a forum for helping people with problems, not a forum for doing peoples projects for them.

Allow me to rephrase. The code i use to move the textbox data to the spreadsheet does not only move the data bt the entire textbox. hence i asked for help btw access and excel.
If you can pls help me so i can move onle the data in a userform to a cell in a spreadsheet.

to move data from a userform to a spreadsheet, use this code behind the click_event of a command button on the form

Code:
Sheets("Sheet1").cells(1,1) = me.textbox1.text

This will move the text from the textbox called textbox1 on your userform into cell A1 on the sheet "Sheet1"

You can change the destination cell by using numbers. So it would look like so:

Sheets("Sheet1").cells(row,col)

where row and col are numbers pertaining to the row and column number you wish to input the data onto.
