Hi Excel Wizards,

I receive a daily email with a list of product codes that need to be ordered. It comes in the following general format:

----------------------

Hello,

Product SKU's 12345, 234, 65789, 0971 need to be ordered due to low inventory.

Thank you,
Product Inventory Team
----------------------

I have an excel sheet that lists the SKU number and email contact that needs to be notified. I currently forward the email to various stakeholders depending on which code is in the email.

Is there an Excel macro that will search the email body of a list of emails in my outlook folder and then forward the email to the appropriate person based on my excel table?

Thank you.

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
