Excel Pivot Table in Power BI

Hello,

I am a new on Power BI and please excuse the simplicity of my question. I understood how to load an Excel Pivot in Power BI, below the example of the Pivot Table

My question is to understand how to get the filter all on Power BI as this is how it looks like when I upload the excel Pivot in Power BI

The "All" Filter does not reflect the data from the Pivot Table. I am not able to retrieve for example (Branding, Branding Franchise Operator...) Should I just push the underlying data to Power BI and then create the Pivot Table in Power BI?
