Hi Mr. Excel,

I've created a pivot table using the data from the table below. In the pivot table, I've added the percentage columns that included for all regions and grand total. However, I want to see % column for grand total only. Is there any way I can remove the % columns for the regions (other than hiding them) and keep the % column for grand total in the pivot table.

Your reply will be highly appreciated!

Thanks.

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
If you're posting the total and % of total in the same table, I don't think one type of sales per region can be removed, just hidden. Instead you can put the second sum in another pivot table next to your first, and that way only have to hide 1 column rather than 4.

Thank you Mr. Excel - You made my life easy!
