Hi there!

I am currently handling a lot of adminstration and certification work for a company. We have invoices, certificates, letterheads etc forms waiting to be printed on. The problem is everyone in the office have different computers and printers. As such, all the excel worksheets keep getting disalligned with the empty spaces on the forms and it just gets messy and as a result there is a lot of wastage.

I'd like to know if there was a way to view scanned versions of pre-printed forms on a print preview behind our print job, so that we can know if the row/column margins are correct before we print.

Thankyou,
Jonathan Parker-Randall

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Turning the forms into a fillable .pdf might be an option to look into. It can be done with Adobe Professional addition.

Thanks for the quick reply. I don't think this is an option, as if it was a fillable pdf, the text that is already on the sheets would get reprinted. Wouldn't they?
