So I searched as hard as I could for this issue......
I have three printers I use... A Canon multi functional and 2 HP color printers. I choose the printer based on need(s) and location. If I need B/W then I print to the Canon right next to me. If I need color then I choose one of the other two, and base that decision on where I will be in the building at the time I print.
Seems like when I am making a spreadsheet, I may want to print it quickly to really see how it will come out. Print preview does not always give you the real idea. Anyway, I will edit a spreadsheet and when I try to print it will choose the last printer I used for that application. If I try and change the printer, it flips right back to the original printer. I have to actually go in and save the spreadsheet first, then it will allow me to change the printer. Would this be an excel issue or a computer issue? It does happen with Word also, but I mainly work with Excel.
