Hi,

When I open an excel file in internet explorer (file opened through a link from a website) I cannot get access to the Edit, Insert, View, Format or Tools menus. I can see the menus but when I click on them, nothing happens. I restored all defaults in Internet Explorer and it still didn't work.
If I open an XLS file directly with Internet Explorer, the same thing occurs but if I open the same file with Excel, it works fine.

Any ideas?

Thanks for your help
