Hello. I have an existing Programme (Gantt Chart type) template in Excel. I've tweaked this to show days instead of weeks so my team can record annual leave, holidays, statutory bank holidays etc. The problem I'm having is that I need a new row for every input. This means my chart is getting really long and I want it as condensed as possible to ensure it's clear.

I would like to be able to only have one row entry for NAME 1 and list all of their leave in the next column. For example, for cell C13, NAME 1, I'd like to put multiple date entries into E13 and/or F13 to record all conditional formatting highlights in columns K onwards. Columns H, I and J are hidden and use the entries in D and E to format (highlight) the chart. I appreciate I may need a relatively significant tweak to this to achieve what I want, but I'm not sure how to go about it.

I can't install the XL2BB Add-in, so I've put a shared folder link to the spreadsheet below. Hopefully this works.

Hoping someone on here can help!
