How can I use a Cell as a progress Bar that if is 0% to 9% is green if 10% to 50% is yellow and 60% to 100% Red and the cell fills with the color according to the Percentage.

You can use Conditional Formatting but be careful you cover all ranges (e.g. in your example 9.5% would not be selected).

this can be used in one cell because the percentage changes on the same cell, also if the cell is 60% will it color 60% of the cell

No, it colours whole whole cell dependent on its value.

Hi Toad, it's in the conditional formating,

Because its cannopt be multicolored i suggest use 3 column, one for red, one for yellow and one for green, based on your needs
lets say "A" is for 0-9% red: Where this red progressbar set to min: 0 max:9
"B" is for 10-50% yellow: yellow progressbar set to min: 10 max 50 (no negative values or bars)
"C" is for 50+ green: green progressbar min 50 max 100 (no negative values or bars)
