excel question

hello everyone,
i am having a light shop.for which i have price tags with ID no., price,reduced price. etc on tags.so the question is how to print the all the details on the tag by automatically selecting the ID and it gets the PRICE on it.as of now i am manually writing the prices and reduced prices.but it is a lengthy process.so can u please tell me how to do it using MICROSOFT EXCEL?
and i want all my item details which r in excel should get into folder from excel sheet.?
please tell me ASAP .hope u do the needful.
