There is a file I use and I don't know who made it, but upon opening the file (in Excel 2007), it forces you to go into Read-Only mode without prompting you or anything, it just automatically opens in it. It's a .xlsx file too so it's not like there is code embedded that is making it do this.
Does anyone know how do this because I would like to apply it to some of my files?
