Excel - Ribbon Customization

Hi, In Excel 2016, I've created a workbook for my team which contains 5 different macros to perform various tasks. In order to ease the execution of these macros, I customized the ribbon and created buttons for each of the macros. However, when I share the workbook, the customization disappears. Is there a way to create buttons for Macros which will follow the workbook and provide easy use for inexperienced Excel users? Or is there another way to help them easily execute the code?
