Hello,
How do you change the choices on your Excel Ribbon? Not moving between Home, Insert, Draw, Page Layout, etc...but as if for example, I'm in the Data section of the Ribbon and I don't have the "get data from existing connections" option. Thanks!

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.

Try
File>>Options>>Customise Ribbon>>Choose Commands>>All commands
You can then select additional commands to go in certain sections of the ribbon
