Excel rounding wrong

Hello, I tried substracting two numbers, 0.0083 and 0.009 Nothing else, just those two numbers in two cells and result in third, but excel is rounding weirdly when i display enough decimals. How can I fix this? It's mesing up conditional formatting.

Try changing the formula to

=ROUND(F12-F13,4)
