Excel Security Code

I have VBA code in a spreadsheet to protect some of my proprietary calculation worksheets. However, if someone does a Save As to a non-macro enabled spreadsheet format, it loses much of the security built into the VBA code.

Is there a way, presumably through the VBA code, to not allow a Save As or not allow a Save As anything other than a macro enabled format?

Excel security - VBA or otherwise - is notoriously poor, anyone that knows their way around VBA can get past it.

Perhaps a better option would be to just save it with a password, and allow read-only?
