I have data base sheet for pateints
every patient coming may be one visit or 20
each visit has serial this serial done according his iD
ex: his ID 770301 if he has first visit his serial is 7703011
......if visit number 10 his serial 77030110

at another sheet
we using his id as a key
if his ID mentioned at this sheet column


what we need::::::????

it should go to first sheet (data Base) and add value 100 to his column ex: CE2240
according at row 2240 his most recent visit?

NB:each patient has another serial according date...we can utilize it if possible
