Hi, I am working on optimizing 5 excel files into 1 database system. In order to publish, I know that Excel Services does not support certain Excel 2007 functionality such as data validation, external references, and macros. I have a solution for these...a beta scrubber which MS recommends. But now I am struggle to find a solution for protecting particular cells. This spreadsheet has many formulas and copied information which I would like to protect. Is it possible?

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
