Excel Shared Workbook

Hi all.

I have a workbook that on most computers opens relatively quickly. One of my users when it is in shared workbook status experiences extreme sluggish stalls where after 5 minutes it still has not completed opening. (This is a new problem, he never had a problem before)

When we tried a copy of the file and took it out of shared workbook it had no problems. Once we put it back in to the shared workbook it was slow and sluggish again.

Is there a way to clean up any cruft that could be lurking in the file and slowing him down? Any other advice?

Thanks
