Excel sheet exported from Impromptu comes out Blank?!!

I'm exporting an Impromptu report to Excel with Format on a Windows Server 2003 client window and Microsoft Office 2003 professional. I export the file and it does everything as if it has exported okay, the file shows 21'841 KB so there does appear to be data there, but when you open it the sheet is blank with no cell lines. Has anybody any idea how I can get the data to show??
