Hey, I am new to VBA, can anyone explain below VBA code copy and past? Thanks

Sheets("Sheet1").Select
Range("A163:H163").Select: Selection.Copy: Range("A1").Select
Sheets("Sheet2").Select: Range("B12").Select
Selection.PasteSpecial Paste:=xlValues, Operation:=xlNone, SkipBlanks:=False, Transpose:=False
Range("A1").Select

code seems overly complicated, you could use

VBA Code:
Sheets("Sheet1").Range("A163:H163").Copy
Sheets("Sheet2").Range("B12").PasteSpecial (xlPasteValues)

can you understand this?
