Excel sheet's data is not in correct format

downloaded Excel sheet from Google Excel sheet but the downloaded excel sheet's data is not in correct format. I need proper spacing between each and every cell as per the text, Can anyone help me?

Select the column or columns that you want to change. On the Home tab, in the Cells group, click Format. Under Cell Size, click AutoFit Column Width.
Uncheck "WrapText"
