When using Excel, I am usually able to figure out how to format and enter the information needed. However, a lot of the time I feel as if there has to be a quicker or simpler way to do it. I've picked up a few shortcuts throughout working, but I was wondering if anyone had any of their go to shortcuts that they use often and find helpful with shortening the time it takes to make their spreadsheets.

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.

So give me a example of something you do that you might want a shortcut for.
And are you willing to use Vba.
