Excel SHutting Down when saving

I have file with multiple sheets. I am able to make all changes to the sheets save and close. However when i go back into the file to make additional changes when im ready to save. Excel locksdown and will not let it save and shutdowns.

Any help would be gratly appericate.

Excel Facts

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
