Hi all,
I have a list of people I need to move around events so they meet each other at least once.
So there are two lists, Each individual from each list 1 needs to meet another individual from list 1 and list 2 at least once. How would I structure the data and formula so I can solve this?
I have 5 events or "breakouts" Where the individuals would switch tables/rooms. I would also like to keep it around a 50-50 split for each breakout room/event.

(Using alphabet for sake of ease)
List 1.Names:
  1. A,
  2. B
  3. C
  4. D
  5. E
  6. F
  7. G
  8. H
  9. I
  10. J
  11. K
List 2.Names:
  1. L
  2. M
  3. N
  4. O
  5. P
  6. Q
  7. R
  8. S
  9. T
  10. U

Excel Facts

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
Apologies to confirm there are 4 breakout rooms not 5* We would be looking to have a max of 6 people in each breakout room/event.
