Excel Table Reference dynamically adjust rows

Good Day,Please help Im trying to Create a Receipt That references from a table and Dynamically adjust rows, Technically i'm trying to avoid the blank cells being referenced , I need the receipt to dynamically adjust rows to only show the cells that have items,and of coarse decrease cells when items in the selection list decrease, can i please have a solution??

Perhaps use Excel Tables ?
BTW, it is best to always avoid Merged cells, they are XL's worst feature
