Excel template with freeze panes

Hi,

I am trying to create a template that when opened has a line of freeze panes at the top that contain functional buttons that will run some macros. What i want one of them to do is import data into the work sheet below from another excel file. Is this possible?

I understand how to use code that will open file browser, but not how to get the data imported to the worksheet below.

How would you do it manually? If you record your actions you will get some code.

I think i've found a simple way to do it using multiple buttons.
