My current job requires me to manually merge cells from start date to end date, copy paste the "tasks" and "remarks" column details in to the merged cells and change colour based on "machine". As the table is in Sheet1 and the timeline plot is in sheet2, this becomes a herculean task to manually do the same considering large number of tasks. I believe a macro will do the trick
