Hello. I need help with a formula to calculate shift different hours in Columns R-V.

The shift differential chart is in range Y11-AB17 and is based on the day worked and times.

Shift differentials can cross over into another shift. Ex: If a shift begins Friday at 10pm and ends Sat at 6am, 1 hour of Shift 2 will apply and 7 hours of WkEnd Shift 3 will apply.
The Lunch Start and Lunch End breaks are UNPAID and do not count towards shift differential.

Can someone help me? I have been working on this for hours and hours cannot figure it out. I am new to mr Excel and cannot figure out how to use the Mini sheet yet but will keep trying. I uploaded two images
Thank you
