Excel to Excel Mail Merge

Here is my dilema, I have a template in Excel, that I need to populate with information from another Excel file. Basically, taking specific information for 1000 employee's and putting that on a time card. I have some labor intensive solutions, however I want to see if there is a way to do some like a Word mail merge, but staying in Excel. I appreciate everyone's input.

Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
