Hello,

I'm trying to copy and paste multiple columns of data from Excel into Notepad. Out of nowhere my columns in Notepad do not line up with their headers. Also I see chunks of data with incorrect tab spacing. How do I fix this issue? I've attached pictures for reference.

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.

This method has always worked in the past copying into notepad and the columns stayed aligned perfectly. Do you have a recommendation on what I need to do?

As a delimited text file - whatever tab, comma, semi colon, pipe - is never aligned 'cause it really does not to be according to its delimiter !
Maybe you have to clean your data with useless spaces or to add some useless spaces to be aligned, whatever …
So in order to not waste time anymore with such a guessing challenge share at least
a link for the source workbook like for the expected result text file on a files host website like Dropbox.

I will do that as soon as I can. Even saving as a Text (tab) or space delimited results in the same issue.
