Excel to PDF help

Can anyone help with an Excel to Acrobat problem? I have an Excel spreadsheet will all my employee data in it. My boss sent me a pdf document with 50 forms in it to fill out. Is there anyway to link an Excel cell value to reflect in a PDF document?
