Hi,

Per above, Table 1 shows time table across dates, work week and quantity for each work week over two years.
Another table shows task to be completed before due date. Task can only be completed on work week where quantity of table 1 is "0" as shown in the five examples.

Kindly advice best method/formulas or vba..
