Excel VBA and Lotus Notes question

I created a spreadsheet that extracts information from a larger Excel spreadsheet and then does some calculations (on yields and dividends) and outputs it into another Excel file.

What I would like to do is to automatically copy the information from this Excel sheet and paste it right into a new Lotus Notes mail message whilst keeping the same formatting as in the Excel spreadsheet. I've tried to do the copying/pasting manually (Paste Special > Rich Text Format) but the columns aren't properly aligned.

Any advice on how to get this to work would be greatly appreciated - Is it even possible to automate a task like this ?

Thanks
Laurens

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
