EXcel VBA and SQL

I have a database (sql) with codes for each indicators. I would like to have vba code to show the indicators in the first column and data by years in the following columns. The code should know my excel sheet with the name of my SQL server.

Server Name example: Bycan.12 / 09.111
Code Indicators example: XP. LYTU.YU
