Excel VBA creates PowerPoint Table - how to control bullet points?

Right now I have code that creates a table in PowerPoint 3 rows x 2 columns. This is created from a worksheet in Excel, by copying a 2x3 range of cells. Within each cell are multiple lines of text. The problem I face is that the text in PowerPoint needs to be bulleted. I used the following code:
With oTbl.Cell(lRow, lCol).Shape.TextFrame.TextRange
.Character = 8226
End With
It works, except only the first line of each frame is bulleted. I guess it is treating the carriage returns as, well, carriage returns. Is there a way to overcome this? When I search for vbCrLf, nothing is returned.

Try searching for vbVerticalTab and replacing with vbCr, and then apply the bullets.
