Excel VBA linked to Salesforce

Not sure if anyone can help on this but any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I have created a worksheet that is used as a price estimator and a click of a button sends it to the customer. What I would like it to (if possible) is that when I click the button to send it as an email, is to load it in Salesforce as an opportunity linked to the company name. Is this just a pipe dream or something that is possible?
