Excel VBA sort multiple criteria

I have an excel sheet where my header row is row 3. Colum A is names, and Colum M is Gender. Is there a way i can create a command button to first sort the data in A4:Snnn on the Gender in colum M, then on the name in colum A? And always show "Males" first.
For example, I want the Gender order to be "Male", "Female", and last "Unknown". Then the names to be A-Z for each Gender sort.
