Excel vba timeout problem need help.

Hi dear excel teachers. I have seriously problem on my workbook My excel file waiting respond for 5 min i think sometime website not answer for 10 minutes and my work becoming full of not true datas. i added on error resume next but didnt work. i need make timeout like 20 min. Help please.
Here my codes.

With ActiveSheet.QueryTables.Add(Connection:="URL;" & link.Cells(ags, "A") & "", Destination:=s2.range("$A$1"))
.Refresh BackgroundQuery:=False

I want excel wait till website page upload. Thanks much.
