An excel file saved by one user is displayed larger on another computer viewing the same file. When we change the zoom, it changes the size on all users, thus making it too small to view on others' computers. Any clue on how to change the view for all excel file on one specific computer? Original file saved on Excel 2003, trying to view gracefully on Excel 2007.

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Hi Jade,

I think this all stems from the display resolutions set in windows, there is no way to ensure a workbook views the same on all computers, especially considering people have different size monitors.
