Excel Vlookup Funtions

Main formula =VLOOKUP($A$25,'D:\DNSDATA\AUG\List\[20-08-14.xls]Sheet1'!$D$1:$U$8000,9,0)
I want to link the Folder name and the File name from a validation cell list.
I have try with CONCATENATE and INDIRECT functions but the result is coming #Ref
Please tell me how to do that.

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
