Excel Warning Email Question - vba

Hi,

don't know if anyone can help, but I'm trying to design this for my team.

Briefly, we've a range of weekly tasks, all listed with the deadline in one cell (eg Mon 5th Feb 5pm) and another cell to mark that the task is complete.

What I want to do is have an automatic email/ warning pop up say 1 hour before a deadline is due which hasn't been marked as complete in the cell.

Any ideas how this might work using vba?
