I am trying to merge an Excel spreadsheet with a Word document. The only problem is the dollars entered into the spreadsheet as $500.00 or $25.00 come over to the word document as $500 or $25, no ending .00 even though I have them formated in Excel as numbers with .00 at the end. I have never had this problem before. What am I doing wrong?

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
To format merge fields in Word you use switchs - check out Word help for more information, it's covered rather well.:)
