I am tying to create an automated work schedule.

At the top I will have the 7 days of week listed
Below that # of shifts required

With that given I want to automate shifts, all being 4 day work weeks with their 3 days off being together (no split shift).

The required shifts will be a fraction of a number (like 10.67) so i want it to staff 10 techs requiring .67 hours of overtime (ot will not show on the schedule).
If a tech works one day he has to work 4 so it may require a day to be over staffed, prefer to be fri/sat
Preferable no day over 1 tech over staffed

Hopefully this makes sense, I cannot attach the file from my phone

Excel Facts

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
