Please advice.

VBA Code:
Sub done()

ThisWorkbook.Close savechanges:=True
Application.Quit

Excel Facts

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
I think that the code will stop running once you close the workbook. I would try something like this
VBA Code:
Sub done()
ThisWorkbook.Save
If Application.Workbooks.Count = 1 Then
    Application.Quit
Else
    ThisWorkbook.Close
End If
End Sub
