can you recover a worksheet accidentally deleted after the original has been saved???????? Please help and make it user friendly to save my job

can I recover a worksheet deleted from a spreadsheet after it has been saved?

Sam,
Do you ask help to recover a sheet that has already been deleted?
This is impossible to my knowledge. Do you know a programm where you can recover deleted (saved) data?
Or do you ask help for preventing this kind of accident in the future?
Protecting the workbook and only allowing sheets to be deleted using a specific macro could be handsome.
You could consider an automatic back-up....
If you would explain the problem a bit more (is it a specific sheet that may not be deleted?) perhaps somebody can help...
