How can I export a row of data in Excel and Paste Append into an existing table in Access?

Excel Facts

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
Check out the MS KB article Q145826 and see if that gives you some ideas. I've been wanting to try this for a while and I'll see if I can get an example working shortly.
